01 Written cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to hello@innovativedesignexpress.com so the requested effective date, current project stage and next steps can be documented.
02 Project-based services
For project work, IDE may account for completed work, work in progress, approved milestones, outstanding invoices, client-approved expenses and non-recoverable third-party commitments before confirming any remaining deliverables or balances.
03 Recurring services
For recurring or monthly services, future IDE service fees should stop in accordance with the agreed cancellation notice and effective date. Fees already due for an active service period or completed work may remain payable where provided by the applicable agreement.
04 Advertising campaigns
IDE service fees and client advertising/media spend are separate. On cancellation, active campaigns may need to be paused, transferred or closed depending on account ownership, platform access and the client's written instructions.
05 Assets and access
Transfer of final deliverables, working files, domains, hosting, platform access or licensed assets depends on the agreed scope, payment status and third-party licensing conditions.
06 Restarting cancelled work
A cancelled project may require a new quotation, production slot or timeline if the client later asks IDE to restart it.
